我很忙!

im BACK!

have not updated my blog for quite some time. many things happened during the last few days. i shall start from...

SUNDAY:
went for the standard chartered 10km marathon in the morning. woke up at like 5 plus in the morning. i ran with reen throughout the marathon. during the first few kilos, i almost died. worst stitches ever, and no matter how much i continue running, the pain is still there. boohoo..ended up walking for quite a distance. jog and stop..but the last few kilos were quite ok. guess i got the momentum already. finished the marathon on 1 hour and 23 mins plus.
then after the marathon, went back to esplanade to wash up. on the way, we saw some people as they were walking pass us, the faces they gave us were like shit loh! as though we did something terribly wrong. they have no right to do what they did. " dont worry, they are not like that! just come!" as if!! im so glad i didnt go!

at bout evening, met up with reen again to go work at a banquet in raffles hotel. it was damn hectic lah..and 90% of the part timers there were china girls. DONT LIKE! ):
anyway, the higher posts there treated us as though we know everything. in actual fact, we know NOTHING. felt so blur and stupid. and i only reached home at 2am. thanks to the late buses and public transportation which had already stopped. will never go back there!

i think the uniform is hideous. oh well..
why chinese names?? boohoo.. ):


MONDAY:
my first day of work in goodwood park hotel. started by learning how to recieve calls and take down orders of christmasy food. worked from 9am to 9pm in the call center. there werent many calls..ended spending most of my time doodling and looking at pictures food in the menus. lol..ohya..and most of the people there are malaysians. i love their cantonese slangs!! ok.....random.



TUESDAY to FRIDAY:
worked from 10am to 7pm for the next few days. i think i get memorise almost the whole menu already. lol..i was quite interested in one of the item "Turducken". chicken stuff in duck stuff in turkey! interesting right?? costs $248. must be a huge turket and a tini chicken. wonder how it tastes like..haha
anyway, we started packing hampers already. i helped by tying up thoses boxes of royal icing fruit cakes. pretty isnt it? haha..

had free cake!! crunchy hazelnut base! yummy!! im so going to gain 2kg after december!
OHHH!!! JAY STAYED IN GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL WHEN HE LAST CAME TO SINGAPORE!!!
and my collegue actually saw him swimming in the pool just in front of the deli. ENVIED!! his pictures are all over orchard mrt station now. ohya..F4 and zhang hui mei stayed there too.
finally manage to find a turquoise colored top that i liked! bought it at far east after work.
