wobbly

went to canoe trails today. ahhh..brings back memories.
.
however, we went there late, as lessons ended at 6. and we spent like an entire hour searching for them, cos we couldn't contact any of the seniors. so when we finally found them at the track, we only did some pull ups on an uber high incline-pull up bar. and the senior girls were like soooo strong lah! all them could do at least 10 perfect pull ups, without much assistance! and they certainly dont look very bulky either. hmph..
and then we did the usual, weights, jumping jacks, crutches, and push ups. tough and tired.
who would be kind enough to give me a shoulder massage? :D

sigh..dilemma. should i join back canoe? or take up squash instead? i wanna row again, but im afraid that it wil affect my studies. and the assignments alone already took up much of my time. how how?? ):
